The real name of Confucius was Kong Qiu. He lived from 551BC to 479BC
and was a famous thinker, statesman, teacher, and founder of the Confucianism movement.
He had over 3000 students, 70 of which became famous. He advocated the theory named
‘Kindheartedness’ and put forward the expression ‘Do unto others as you would unto yourself’.
