Fan Dianji was born in Hengshui in 1967. In 1985 studied the inside-bottle painting from teacher He Shuiqing. Latter he studied with Wang Lifu, Xu Yong, Zhang Baoshen, and Chen Shikui. Presently is a member of the China Industrial art Academic society.
