Jia Jianming ( art name Ming Yue) was born in Anping County, Hebei Province in 1961. Presently he is a member of the China Industrial Art Academic Society, the Chinese Inside-bottle Painting Snuff Bottle Association, a Hebei Province Folk Industrial Art master, the Hengshui Hebei Inside-bottle Painting Association executive member of the council, and a senior artist of the Chinese Custom Three Inside-bottle Painting Art Courtyard.
