Hong Shu was born in Raoyang County of Hebei Province. Since childhood he liked to draw and paint pictures. In 1995 he learned of the inside-bottle painting art and fell in love with it. He obtained Mr. Liu, famous expert painter, as a teacher and his technique progressed by leaps and bounds.
His representative works are "Water Ink Scenery", the series "Snow and Ice Scenery", the series "Holland", "Mountains and rivers Charm", "Evening Snow Chart", and other oil painting scenery. His work "the Mexican Holland" received a gold medal in May, 2007. In November, 2007 he attended the Asian Snuffbottle annual meeting. His "Mountain village Dawn Month" won the First China Folk Literary Arts Association Inside-bottle Painting Art Committee High-Quality Goods Exhibition silver award in January, 2008. His works "Snow" "Taste of the Spring" "Wants Language" "the Setting sun Beautiful scenery" "Study" "the Mexican Holland" were selected for"Hebei Inside-bottle Painting High-quality Goods Appreciation". He is a member of the China Industrial Art Academic Society.
