Liu Jianchao comes from RaoYang county HeBei Province. He was born in 1970. He liked art from his childhood. He was taught by the famous inner painted artist Wang LiFu. He was awarded the Folk Artist of HeBei Province [about inner painting] by the Light Industrial Hall of HeBei Province, The Unity of Lliterature and Art of HeBei, in 2000. He further studied the technique about snuff bottles under the artist Hou Yanbin. "Liu Jianchao, though he hasn't joined any appraise through comparison, his basis is very good and work hard, so he can paint some superb works. Though he has not received honour, his works are all better than other artists'. I think it's important for me to find this kind of talent like Liu Jianchao. They are gold is in the soild, I would like to look for them, so let more people to know and like their works.
