Li Yue Mian was born in Raoyan County, Heibei province in 1981. In 1997 she passed the examination to enter Hengshui Xisan Inside Painting Art School to major in inside paintingwhee she was instructed by Wang Xisan, Wang Haili and her uncle, Lui Hui. She studied traditional Chinese art but has found her favorite works in modern Chinese oil paintings which she renders well in inside paintings.
